WANT A BOSS BRAIN?
I’ll help you find your focus and get your mood, energy and mojo back!
You don’t have to go it alone.
If you’re tired of feeling low energy, moody, and like the brain fog will never clear, you’re in the right place. There is a real reason you feel this way and you don’t have to suffer alone.
HI, I'M CHRISTINE MACCARROLL AND I’M HERE TO HELP YOU SOLVE YOUR HEALTH PUZZLE.
When you're drowning in a sea of symptoms, the 7 minutes and a prescription for something that masks symptoms instead of solving them simply doesn't cut it.
I've opted out of that model, because it doesn't work. Women are (wonderfully) complex creatures, and our body chemistry *literally* looks different every.single.day. All systems need to be GO for us to be the vibrant, clear-eyed, energetic passion players we’re designed to be.
Me? I'm part health private investigator (I LOVE to start lining up health clues like a good mystery novel), part pitbull (I seriously will.not.let.go of a challenge), part ultimate health & happiness partner (I'm super committed to walking with my clients every step of the way).
If you're fed up with the status quo, and ready to go brass tacks with some investigation, tenacity, and partnership, let's chat. I promise to take the time to actually LISTEN.

“I am so thankful that I decided to work with Christine. I went to her with hopes that she could help me get my thyroid under control in a natural way. I can happily say that we accomplished that and much more!
The knowledge I received from Christine on health and total well-being will stay with me the rest of my life.”

Success Stories
I specialize in helping women with:
ADHD IN WOMEN
When we were kids, ADHD was the “naughty boys’” diagnosis. They didn’t tell us it could apply to us. They didn’t know it showed up in us differently. They didn’t know our HORMONES could impact our symptoms! And no one ever, EVER talked about the health of the organ most impacted, our brain.
The good news is, times have changed. You CAN support your brain's function, and get back that elusive key to your potential: FOCUS. No meds required.
HORMONE IMBALANCE
Hormonal imbalance can present in a LOT of different ways. Some common ones are:
-Exhaustion
-Brain fog
-Menstrual irregularities (super short or super long cycles, heavy bleeding or clotting, pain with ovulation)
=PCOS or non-PCOS ovarian cysts
=Fibroids
=Endometriosis
The conventional approach is to slap the birth control pill on most of these, sometimes with a sidecar of an anti-depressant. These approaches MAY reduce symptoms (though often they do not), but they don't resolve the root causes of imbalance, and could make things worse in the long-term. Holistic hormone balancing resolves at the root for long-term, permanent success
DIGESTIVE DISORDERS
Did you know that our digestive systems are regulated by their very own set of hormones? Everything from hunger and fullness to how fast food moves (or doesn't move) through your digestive tract has a hormonal component, because hormones are chemical messengers directing the activity of almost every system in the body.
If you've been experiencing gas, bloating, heartburn/reflux, constipation, IBS/IBD, painful digestion, or even conditions like Crohn's and Celiac, holistic healing strategies are proven to be effective in resolving the root cause of imbalance and allowing your body to heal.
